(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, nothing written in this Act shall be deemed to interfere with temporary employment, setting conditions of service and termination of service in the case of workers of the managerial category working in the capacity of executive head.
(2) Managers and managerial workers are not allowed to submit collective demands, participate in collective bargaining or join strikes on behalf of the trade union.
